and this is what my life looks like today...

(and everyday last week for that matter) It's 12:00 pm still doning the sexiest pajamas I own (I need a sarcastic font) Still just staring at the computer screen, not a thing on my checklist is getting done. Ahh summer school you little peach..you. Maybe if I am lucky my "summer brain" will fly out the window and I will actually get some work done over here. Happiest of Monday's to the rest of you.

I think it is safe to say that we are enjoying our summer over here. 

a little trip to celebrate.

This past weekend Justin and I finally became one year members to the exclusive club of marriage! To celebrate we took a little trip to the shore.

Wow it's hard to believe a year has already come and gone. 

Basically in this first year I have learned that marriage is like one big sleep over...but with a boy...a pretty darn cute one at that.

Right now Tess and I are sitting in the bedroom waiting for husband to come to bed. He is busy, busy, busy with a word I decided to ban from our home months ago..homework. Boo you homework for creeping into summer break and taking husband away from me. NOT Cool. In other news I am happy, happy, happy because on Saturday we will have been married for one whole year. Which IS pretty darn cool and we get to celebrate it at the beach which will be way awesome! Hope you guys are having an wonderful week so far! Love,Sade

a pretty party for a pretty lady

On Saturday we had a little party to celebrate Sealie's graduation. We love a good excuse to party around here and this was no exception. We are so proud of our girl and all she has accomplished so far. This party was well deserved..WE LOVE YOU SISTER!

this month marks the last of a lot of things for my family. the baby sister is a SENIOR and it just doesn't seem possible. it has been the hardest on my mama as would be expected, she brought the little darling into this world and now has to set her free in it. i have cried bittersweet tears with my mom as we talk about how this journey has been an awesome one to take with our dearest Sealie. the past four years have been some of the most memorable, fun, and challenging years. but we wouldn't trade watching our girl use her God given talent for anything. she has done every sport under the sun a and still managed to make it to the top 5 % of her class..yeah she's awesome..which makes me wonder where i was when all this talent was being passed out. must have slept through it.

well sea it's been a good run...and dr. suess says it better than i ever could..
